Duties of the Construction Observer will include the <br />following: <br />• Attendance at the pre -construction meeting and all construction -related meetings <br />• Serve as a liaison between the City and the contractor <br />• Review of the completed work to determine if the project is in general conformance with the <br />plans and specifications <br />• Maintenance of construction documentation <br />Communication with affected property owners, as necessary, to address their construction -related <br />concerns and issues <br />Construction Administration <br />Construction administration duties will include the following: <br />• Administering a pre -construction meeting <br />• Administering project meetings <br />• Preparation of pay estimates <br />• Contractor Communications <br />• Liaison with City Staff and Council <br />J:\Parks\7-Trails\Willow Drive Trail (2017)\Willow Drive Trail Maintenance Construction Services 6-7-17.docx <br />Botton & Menk is an equal opportunity employer. <br />
