Purpose. The purpose of this action item is to approve the below listed garbage & refuse <br />collector license. <br />2. Background. The garbage & refuse collector license applicant has met the requirements <br />and has submitted a complete application. A notice of spring road restrictions was <br />provided to each hauler. <br />3. List of Garbage & Refuse Collector Licenses to be Approved <br />a. Waste Management <br />490 Industrial Blvd <br />Winsted, MN 55395 <br />4. Staff Recommendation. Staff is recommending approval of the above listed license <br />based on the applicant meeting the licensing requirements and having a history of <br />compliance with no complaints in recent years. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Consider a motion to approve the above listed license. <br />Exhibit <br />A.
