Our date of <br />sales will be June 23rd, 2017 —July 5th, 2017. We will be setting up and taking down our tents the week before <br />and week after the sales dates. We understand the current code only allows for 10 days under the Transient <br />Merchant permft, we would like to request a 2-d . ay extension, so that our contractors can sell the Minnesota <br />legal fireworks during our regular season. <br />We also understand that your city only allows sales from 8am-8pm, we would like to request an extension to <br />9pm. If granted, we would be open from 10am-9pm. <br />Each season we have two independent contractors work each tent. These contractors are responsible for the <br />possession, sales, maintenance, and storage of the onzsite fireworks. Contractors are also in charge of on-site <br />security at all times when the product is not stored inside the container.
