Purpose. The purpose of this action item is to approve the below listed garbage & refuse <br />collector licenses. <br />2. Background. The garbage & refuse collector license applicants have met the <br />requirements and have all submitted complete applications. A notice of spring road <br />restrictions was provided to each hauler. <br />3. Staff Recommendation. Staff is recommending approval of the above listed licenses <br />based on the applicants meeting the licensing requirements and having a history of <br />compliance with no complaints in recent years. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Consider a motion to approve the above listed licenses. <br />Exhibit <br />A.
