CITY OF ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. <br />3. The Applicant shall comply with the City's and MCWD's erosion control regulations. <br />4. The Applicant shall conform to the City Engineer's requirements at the time of the building <br />permit. <br />5. Hauling shall occur during allowed construction hours only Monday through Friday 7 am <br />to 8 prn (and between 8 am and 8 prn on weekends and holidays). <br />6. The street shall be swept daily, or as needed, to keep debris off of Casco Point Road. <br />7. Contractor(s) shall post a contact number and be able to respond to complaints in a timely <br />fashion. <br />8. Any amendments to the plans which are not in conformity with City codes may require <br />further Planning Commission and City Council review. <br />9. Authorities granted by this resolution run with the Property not with the Applicant, but are <br />permissive only and must be exercised by obtaining a permit and commencing <br />construction of said project within one year of the date of Council approval, the conditional <br />use permit will expire on that date (May 8, 2017). <br />10.
