The applicant will <br />have the ability to utilize that existing line. <br />Thiesse asked if there are any definitions for single -story or whether they would be allowed 14 or 16 -foot <br />ceilings with a pitched roof. <br />Fretham stated the language (of the casement) is vague. <br />Lemke commented it would be nice to go above the single story to lessen the footprint. <br />Fretharn stated they would like to do that as well. <br />Lemke stated the back to back driveways seem kind of clumsy. <br />Fretharn stated the challenge is limiting the hardcover. Fretham. stated they have the land mass but it is <br />quite restrictive to run the driveway that far. Fretharn indicated they will continue to look at that. <br />Thiesse asked if anyone from the public would like to comment on the sketch plan. <br />Tera.
