The review of this application has concluded, and the MCWD <br />has determined the above-mentioned permit application to be complete. Therefore, the application is <br />approved with the following conditions: <br />1. Submission of financial assurance for erosion control <br />2. NPDES Permit Number and Coverage Card <br />Once the above-mentioned materials have been submitted and all permit conditions have been met, <br />staff will issue the permit. You are reminded that work on the project cannot begin until the permit has <br />been issued. The approval expires one year from the date of this letter.
