Purpose. To review and approve the resolution regarding lot width to facilitate a lot line adjustment <br />to create a second lakeshore lot. <br />2. MN§15.99 Application Deadline. The application was received on February 21, 2017; it was <br />considered as complete on February 23rd and would have expired on April 24'. Therefore the 60 - <br />Day review period has been extended and will now expire on June 23, 2017. <br />3. Background. At the April 10' meeting the Council reviewed the request by Mr. Birkeland for <br />variances in order to allow staff to certify the requested subdivision exemption for a lot line <br />adjustment. The Council discussed the request as well as the practical difficulties involved and <br />voted to approve lot width variances in order to create a new lakeshore lot. Staff was directed to <br />prepare findings for adoption at the April 24 th meeting. <br />4. Public Comment. No additional comments have been received. <br />5. Staff Recommendation.
