Based on our understanding of the project, we propose the following <br />scope of work: <br />Stormwater Pond Assessment — French Lake (FR), Lake Classen (LC), Maxwell Bay (MB), and Stubbs <br />Bay (SB) Subwatersheds <br />0 Coordinate and meet with City as necessary to review and discuss Pond Assessment procedures <br />and results. <br />• Establish location of all stormwater ponds within subwatersheds on City Parcel Maps through <br />review of City Maps, Record Drawings, and visual inspection. <br />• Establish pond ownership and maintenance responsibility for all stormwater ponds within the <br />listed subwatersheds. <br />e Establish location of City maintained stormwater ponds within subwatersheds with GIS <br />coordinates. <br />• Delineate watersheds for City maintained stormwater ponds. <br />• Define watershed characteristics for City maintained stormwater ponds. Characteristics shall <br />include impervious surface percentage, time of concentrations, areas, and soil types. <br />• Define pond characteristics for City maintained stormwater ponds. Characteristics shall include <br />design permanent volume, estimated existing permanent volume, outlet design, normal water <br />level, and high water level and record to Cartegraph and/or GIS database. <br />• Define drainage flow direction for all stormwater ponds within the listed subwatersheds. <br />• Prepare initial rating of City maintained stormwater ponds within subwatersheds as defined in <br />City's Pond Assessment Program. <br />• Prepare recommendations for pond bathymetric surveys to establish accurate existing permanent <br />volumes based on initial ratings and discussions with City. <br />• Provide layer on City's GIS mapping for data generated from pond assessments. <br />• Perform pond bathymetric surveys per previous recommendations, as allowed by available <br />funding. <br />Assumptions <br />0 French Lake (FR), Lake Classen (LC), Maxwell Bay (MB), and Stubbs Bay (SB) Subwatersheds <br />are accurately delineated in the City's Surface Water Management Plan dated January 2011. <br />H:\ORNO\2017 New Projects\Fee Estimate - 2017 Pond Assessments rev.docx <br />Botton & Menk is an equal opportunity employer. <br />
