MINUTES OF THE <br />ORONO PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING <br />Monday, March 20,2017 <br />6:30 o'clock p.m. <br />Ugorets indicated the rope is to be used by people using the dock and that the height can be adjusted if <br />necessary. <br />Landgraver asked if he is okay with adding reflectors to the dock. <br />Ugorets indicated he is. <br />Chair Thiesse opened the public hearing at 6:40 p.m. <br />There were no public comments regarding this application. <br />Chair Thiesse closed the public hearing at 6:40 p.m. <br />Landgraver stated in his view it is an appropriate use. <br />Leskinen moved, Schoenzeit seconded, to recommend approval of Application No. 17-3907 Ugorets <br />8098, Inc., 2500 Shadywood Road, granting of a conditional use permit, subject to reflectors being <br />added to the dock and subject to Staff recommendations.
