Purpose. The purpose of this action item is to adopt a resolution approving the Conditional <br />Use Permit for daycare use at 2060 Wayzata Boulevard. <br />2. Application Deadline. Rcvd: 1/17/17 Complete: 1/17/17 60 -Day Review Expires: extended to 5/18/17 <br />3. Background. On March 13 the City Council approved the use of the property for daycare <br />use and directed staff to draft a resolution for approval. A resolution for approval is attached, <br />reflecting the findings and conditions noted in the staff reports supporting the application. <br />4. Staff Recommendation.
