CITY of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />. NO. -4 3 6 `3 <br />A RESOLUTION AWARDING <br />THE CONTRACT FOR THE <br />INSTALLATION OF SANITARY SEWER <br />FOR 2090 SHORELINE DRIVE (EMAD PROPERTY) <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the installation of sanitary <br />sewer improvements for 2090 Shoreline Drive, bids were received, opened and tabulated according <br />to law; and <br />WHEREAS, it appears that Minncomm, Mora, Minnesota is the lowest responsible <br />bidder. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono, <br />Minnesota: <br />I The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a construction <br />contract with Minncomm, Mora, Minnesota, in the name of the City of Orono for the <br />installation of sanitary sewer improvements for the 2090 Shoreline Drive property <br />according to the plans and specifications therefor approved by the City Council and <br />on file in the office of the City Clerk in the amount of $31,936.00. <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders the <br />deposits made with their bids, except that the deposits of the successful bidder and <br />the next lowest bidder shall be retained until a contract has been signed. <br />Adopted by the Orono City Council at a regular Counci I meeting held on November <br />8,1999. <br />ATTEST: <br />X' <br />find'a S.
