Sec. 78-305. - Area, height, lot width and yard requirements. <br />(a) Height. No structure or building in the LR -1A district shall exceed 30 feet in height except as provided <br />in section 78-1366. <br />(b) Lots. Hardcover shall not exceed 25 percent of the gross lot area. <br />(2) Tier 2 parcels. Hardcover shall not exceed 30 percent of the gross lot area. <br />(3) Tier 3 parcels. Hardcover shall not exceed 35 percent of the gross lot area. <br />(4) Tier 4 parcels. Hardcover shall not exceed 50 percent of the gross lot area. <br />(5) Tier 5 parcels.
