The lot <br />was created in 1965 as part of the Foxhill neighborhood which predates the creation of the 2 - <br />acre minimum requirement. The lot is currently 0.98 acre in area. <br />Additionally, the applicant has made an application for a subdivision exemption for an <br />administrative lot line rearrangement between the subject property and the Nelson property at <br />1780 Shoreline Drive. The proposed lot line adjustment would increase the size of the subject <br />property, but not meeting the requirement of the district.
