MINUTES OF THE <br />ORONO HRA MEETING <br />Monday, March 9, 2015 <br />8:00 o'clock p.m. <br />8:00 P.M. — HRA ANNUAL MEETING <br />Roll Call <br />The Orono HRA met on the above mentioned date with the following members present: Mayor Lili <br />McMillan, Council Members James Cornick, Jr., Lizz Levang, Aaron Printup, and Dennis Walsh. <br />Representing Staff were City Administrator Jessica Loftus, Senior Planner Michael Gaffron, City Planner <br />Melanie Curtis, City Attorney Soren Mattick, and Recorder Jackie Young. <br />Mayor Lili Tod McMillan called the HRA annual meeting to order at 11:10 p.m. <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />Printup moved, Levang seconded, to approve the Agenda as submitted. VOTE: Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />2. HRA MEETING OF FEBRUARY 11, 2013 <br />Printup moved, Cornick seconded, to approve the minutes of the February 11, 2013, HRA meeting <br />as submitted. VOTE: Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />BILLS AND COMMUNICATIONS <br />None <br />CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT <br />Loftus stated in past years the Council has elected a chair, vice chair, and a secretary, which is the only <br />action item being requested at this meeting. Loftus stated in the past Finance Director Ron Olson has <br />been elected the secretary and the Chair has been the Mayor. <br />3. ELECTION OF OFFICERS <br />Walsh moved, Cornick seconded, to appoint Lili Tod McMillan as HRA Chair, Aaron Printup as <br />Vice Chair, and Ron Olson as Secretary.
