Interim City Administrator Employment Agreement with Interim City Administrator <br />1. Purpose Approve an employment agreement between the City of Orono and the Interim <br />City Administrator. <br />2. Background The City Council at the February 13th meeting directed the City Attorney to <br />negotiate an employment agreement with Douglas Reeder to serve as Interim City <br />Administrator until a new City Administrator begins work. <br />3. Funding Funds are available in the Administration Department budget for this contract. <br />4. Recommendation It is recommended that the City Council approve the agreement. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Consider a motion to authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the Interim City <br />Administrator Employment Agreement. <br />
