VOTE: Ayes 5, <br />Nays 0. <br />CITY ADMINSITRATOR'S REPORT, CONTINUED <br />Loftus noted the City's open book meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, April 19, from 4:00 to 6:30 p.m., <br />in the Council chambers.
