Ordinance for the Repeal of the Wellhead Protection Ordinance <br />1. Purpose. The purpose of this action item is to repeal the Wellhead Protection Ordinance <br />(Code Section 14-142). <br />2. Background. On January 23, 2017 the City council voted to repeal the Wellhead Protection <br />Ordinance. Subsequently staff has prepared the Ordinance of repeal (Exhibit A). <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Move to adopt the Ordinance to repeal the Well Head Protection Ordinance; Code Section 14- <br />142. <br />
