Exhibit A. <br />ORDINANCE NO. _, THIRD SERIES <br />CITY OF ORONO <br />HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ORDINANCE PERTAINING TO THE PARK <br />COMMISION COMPOSITION <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF ORONO ORDAINS: <br />SECTION 1. Section 22-32 is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />Sec. 22-32. Members. <br />The park commission is composed of seven members, who serve staggered three-year terms. The <br />council mayby majority vote appoint one or more alternate park commission members to serve <br />when regular members are absent. The director of public services and one councilmember shall <br />be members of the commission ex officio and without vote and are in addition to the seven - <br />member commission <br />SECTION 2.
