PC Exhibit A <br />November 21, 2016 <br />ORDINANCE NO. _, THIRD SERIES <br />CITY OF ORONO <br />HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE PERTAINING TO <br />COUNTY DOCKS IN THE LR -IA ZONING DISTRICT <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF ORONO ORDAINS: <br />SECTION 1. Section 78-1 Definitions is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />County Dock means a dock owned and operated by Hennepin County for the sole purpose of <br />facilitating lake to ground transportation of patrons in emergency or law enforcement situations. <br />SECTION 2. Section 78-302 Permitted Uses (LR -IA) is hereby amended to add the <br />following: <br />Sec. 78-302. - Permitted uses. <br />(7) County Dock, when: <br />a. directly connected to Hennepin County Right of Way. <br />b. fie ovemight boa storage is pe tted <br />be. no canopy may be installed <br />c � approved by Lake Minnetonka Conservation District. <br />SECTION 3.
