MINUTES OF THE <br />ORONO PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING <br />Monday, June 18, 2018 <br />6:30 o'clock p.m. <br />There were no public comments relating to this application. <br />Chair Thiesse closed the public hearing at 6:36 p.m. <br />Thiesse stated the application is pretty straight forward and the only question he would have is whether <br />the stairs could fit within the footprint of the deck. Thiesse noted since the deck is proposed to only be <br />10' x 14', it is likely the stairs would take up most of the footprint, which he would consider to be a <br />practical difficulty. <br />Olson and Ressler indicated they are in agreement. <br />Olson moved, Libby seconded, to recommend approval of Application No. LA18-000053, Emily <br />Norling, 3508 Ivy Place, granting of variances. VOTE: Ayes 6, Nays 0. <br />
