Purpose. This application is regarding a CUP to install plumbing, including a shower, in an <br />accessory building. <br />2. MN§15.99 Application Deadline. The application was received on May 16, 2018 and <br />considered to be complete on June 8t''. Therefore the 60 -Day review period expires on August 7, <br />2018. <br />3. Background/ Summary. The applicant is constructing a new residence for the Owners of the <br />property. They wish to install full bathroom facilities in a new accessory garage building on the <br />property which includes a recreational space. A conditional use permit is required due to the <br />proposed shower/bathing facilities. <br />4. Planning Commission Vote and Comment. On June 18, 2018, the Planning Commission held a <br />public hearing. Following the public hearing the Planning Commission voted 6 to 0 in favor of a <br />motion to approve the requested CUP. <br />5. Public Comment. No comments from the public were received on the application. <br />6. Staff Recommendation.
