CITY OF ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE MORGAN STANLEY AUTHORIZED PERSONS <br />AND ENABLING RESOLUTIONS FOR CORPORATIONS <br />WHEREAS, Morgan Stanley is an authorized broker dealer for the City; and <br />WHEREAS, Morgan Stanley requires the passage of a resolution of Authorized Persons <br />and Enabling Resolutions for Corporations in order to add authorized signers to the City's account; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the City would like to add Maggie Ung, the City's Accountant, as an <br />authorized signer; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Orono City Council as follows that <br />the Morgan Stanley Authorized Persons and Enabling Resolutions for Corporations is approved. <br />Adopted by the Council this 9"' day of July, 2018. <br />ATTEST: <br />Anna Carlson, City Clerk Dennis Walsh, Mayor <br />
