AGENDA ITEM <br />Item No.: 6 Date: July 9, 2018 <br />Item Description: Approval of Changes to the Liquor License for Narrows <br />Saloon <br />Presenter: Anna Carlson, Agenda Consent Agenda <br />City Clerk Section: <br />1. Purpose. The purpose of this action item is to notify and gain approval from the City <br />Council for the changes made to the corporate officers of Orono Liquor Inc. concerning <br />their liquor license. The 2018 liquor license was already approved on December 11, <br />2017. <br />Orono Liquor Inc. has made changes to the officers of the corporation. President/Trustee <br />Peter W. Johnson has formally sent a letter informing the city that Gary Anderst has been <br />added to the corporation as Vice President and has the authority to directly manage its <br />operations at the Narrows Saloon. Johnson will continue to serve as President but will <br />surrender that role when Anderst takes over as Trustee of the Trusts that own all of the <br />stock in Orono Liquor Inc. Johnson is requesting the City council be notified of the <br />change so that on the day of their internal transfer, all formalities concerning the liquor <br />license have been attended to. There are no other changes that have been made affecting <br />the 2018 Liquor License. All documents have been received and are prepared to submit <br />to the Alcohol and Gambling Division of Minnesota. <br />2018 LIQUOR LICENSE — APPLICANT (Approved December 11, 2017) <br />• Orono Liquor Inc.
