IMPROVEMENTS. The Developer shall install and pay for the following as <br />required to be built in accordance with the approved Plans (the "Improvements"): <br />A. Site Grading, Ponding, and Erosion Control <br />B. Setting of Iron Monuments <br />C. Surveying and Staking <br />D. Stormwater Management Facilities <br />E. Sanitary Sewer System <br />F. Streets <br />G. Concrete Curb and Gutter <br />H. Underground Utilities <br />I. Retaining Walls <br />The Improvements shall be installed in accordance with the City subdivision ordinance; City <br />standard specifications for utilities and street construction; and any other ordinances including <br />those concerning erosion and drainage and any prohibiting grading, construction activity, and the <br />use of power equipment.
