In Control will provide training on new equipment and enhancements to SCADA system. <br />Training shall occur during startup as part of the project. Additional visits for training will incur <br />travel and expenses at Owner's cost. <br />9. Submittals, Drawings, O&Ms <br />a. Drawings will be updated for the North water plant and provided electronically as a complete <br />set. <br />b. Drawings for the South plant are not available electronically. New drawing sheets will be <br />provided for controller wiring additions provided by In Control. <br />c. O&M documents will be provided electronically for products provided. <br />10. Warranty <br />a. Standard In Control Terms and Conditions apply, no exceptions/exclusions. The warranty from <br />IN CONTROL will be in force for eighteen (18) months after shipment or twelve (12) months <br />from startup. <br />The total for the improvements detailed above to the North and South Water Treatment Plants is $ 60,085.00 <br />USD net total excluding sales and use taxes. Freight is included, FOB shipping point. <br />Our proposal does not include the following: <br />o Removal, demolition or disposal of existing equipment <br />o Receiving and storage of equipment after shipment <br />o Testing, calibration or modifications to existing instrumentation <br />Items for future consideration and improvements include the following: IlonO <br />1. Connection of the new generator at the south plant to the control system and SCADA for monitoring. <br />2. Remove hardware and software components related to the sanitary sewer system that is no longer -��ocro <br />integrated into a common platform. <br />3. The control system at the south water plant. The existing operator interface is obsolete and no longer <br />available.
