Purpose. Consider ordinance amendment to definitions intended to clarify and codify existing city <br />practice. <br />2. 15.99 Deadline Not applicable <br />3. Background/ Summary. In the course of applying city ordinances, including the zoning ordinance, <br />it is sometimes appropriate to modify definitions to more accurately reflect Council direction and goals. <br />Staff identified 7 definitions that warrant inclusion on the code, or require modification. These were <br />identified through questions made by constituents through the development of their properties, or by staff <br />in the administration of the new rental licensing ordinance. <br />4. Planning Commission Vote and Comment. The Planning Commission reviewed the draft <br />ordinance at their meeting on April 16. They voted 6-0, recommending approval of the ordinance, <br />attached as Exhibit A. <br />5. Public Comment. No public comments have been received to date. <br />6. Staff Recommendation.
