W <br />7. <br />8. <br />CITY of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. 6037 <br />Handicap parking stall signage and/or markings shall be re-established in appropriate <br />location within the paved parking area. <br />Signage for the various uses will continue to be limited to that allowed by City Code for a <br />commercial site. <br />The property owner shall ensure that lighting on land and on the docks is shielded to avoid <br />future concerns of neighboring property owners. <br />9. Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms and conditions of this resolution shall <br />constitute a violation of the Zoning Code, shall automatically eliminate any authority <br />granted herein, and shall be punishable as a misdemeanor. <br />The undersigned property owner has read, understood and hereby agrees to the terms of this <br />resolution and on behalf of himself, his heirs, successors and assigns, hereby agrees to the <br />recording of this resolution in the Chain of Title of the property. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono this 11'J' day of April, 2411. <br />I,rra�` e,ity Clerk <br />a <br />Brown's Bay LLC <br />By: <br />G.
