MINUTES OF THE <br />ORONO PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Monday, April 16, 2018 <br />6:30 o'clock p.m. <br />Steve Gibson, 2146 Sixth Avenue North, stated he had the same concern regarding the trees. Gibson <br />asked why the hammerhead needs to be so large. <br />Curtis stated the proposal is an attempt to comply with the requirements of a cul-de-sac and that the <br />hammerhead needs to accommodate emergency vehicles. <br />Chair Thiesse closed the public hearing at 6:50 p.m. <br />Landgraver and Lemke stated they do not have any concerns with the application. <br />Lemke moved, Ressler seconded, to recommend approval of Application No. LA18-000012, Mark <br />Stipakov, 2150 Sixth Avenue North, granting of an amendment to the original conditions of <br />subdivision approval regarding the driveway. VOTE: Ayes 6, Nays 0. <br />
