Purpose. The purpose of this action item is to gain approval to proceed with the installation of a Deck <br />on the Golf course Clubhouse. <br />2. Background. The Parks Commission has identified the need for a deck at the golf course. <br />The project was included as part of the 2017 Golf course Master Plan. This project is one of a series of <br />golf course improvements planned for the 2018 construction season. <br />3. Project Scope. Construct a 900 sq. ft. accessible deck on the south west side of the clubhouse. <br />4. Cost. This project will be funded through the GC Operating and Mai <br />Fund Quote CIP Estimate <br />Estimate <br />Park Fund $41,624.49 $47,000 <br />ntenance Budget. <br />6. Staff Recommendation.
