The applicant may be required to obtain Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) <br />approval and permitting. A copy of any approvals or permits required should be submitted <br />prior to Final Plat approval. <br />10. If more than 1 acre is disturbed, the applicant will be required to obtain a General Construction <br />Permit (NPDES) to discharge stormwater associated with construction activity. If required, a <br />copy of the permit should be submitted prior to any land disturbing activity, and Final Plans <br />should include a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan. <br />11. If the applicant is required to install stormwater management facilities on site to meet MCWD <br />or NPDES requirements, a Maintenance Agreement should be submitted for all stormwater <br />management structures and facilities and be recorded with the County. The agreement should <br />define maintenance responsibilities following completion of project, specify types and <br />frequencies of inspection and maintenance activities, designate who will conduct inspection and <br />maintenance activities, and outline reporting requirements. <br />12.
