ANALYSIS: 1. !Variances shall only be permitted L -Then they are in harmony I -lith the general pl-poses and intent oFthe ordinance ....f7he applicant is proposing to construct a new single family home in a residential lot which is consistent with the intent of the ordinance. The lot width and lot area variances are consistent with the general intent of the ordinance. Due to the unique grading on the street side of the lot and the dip in the shoreline on the lakeside. The building footprint of the lot is constrained. The 75 foot lakeyard setback and hardcover seem reasonable and in harmony. E.
