He and our building official will be meeting on site to review the height and structural <br /> massing questions. Jorj confirmed the deck was constructed larger than proposed and will be reduced to be in <br /> compliance. <br /> The as-built survey shows grading changes within the 75'setback where no work was proposed. Please have your <br /> landscaper provide us with the earthwork calculations showing the total amount of disturbance within the 75'setback. <br /> Once the boat house changes have been made, have an updated survey and hardcover calculations submitted for our <br /> review. <br /> I also met with Jonathon Smith from Concept Landscaping.
