Purpose. The purpose of this action item is to gain approval to proceed with the restoration of the <br />south golf course clubhouse wall. <br />2. Background. For the past several years the Golf Course club house has been suffering from water <br />seepage through the south basement wall. Previous efforts to redirect surface runoff from the parking lot <br />have improved the situation but not solved it. Prior to adding a deck to the clubhouse it is imperative that <br />all foundation issues be resolved. This project is one of a series of golf course improvements planned for <br />the 2018 construction season. <br />3. Project Scope. Waterproof Clubhouse basement, install drain tile, install sump pump. <br />4. Cost. The City received two quotes listed below. <br />Contractor <br />Quote <br />Basement Repair Specialists <br />$10,462.24 <br />DBS <br />$19,650.00 <br />5. Funding.
