CITY OF ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />qm�� <br />1. The City Council finds that this right-of-way is being used for city sewer <br />utilities. <br />2. The City Council finds this right-of-way is identified for future utilities and <br />generator to be place in this right-of-way which will serve the existing lift <br />station. <br />3. The City Council finds that portions of this right-of-way are paved and are <br />used as a turnaround space for the existing Elmwood Avenue. <br />4. The City Council finds that this public right-of-way is serving public purpose <br />and therefore vacation is not appropriate. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the vacation of the platted <br />right-of-way know as Grand View Avenue as described above, and as shown Exhibit A, <br />is hereby denied by the City Council of the City of Orono on this 12th day of March 2018. <br />ATTEST: <br />Anna Carlson, City Clerk <br />Dennis Walsh, Mayor <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />
