Purpose. Revise to language discrepancies in the agreement with the Local 12 Union <br />2. Background. The City Administrator and Union identified two sections of the agreement that <br />required additional clarification and correction based on negotiation notes. <br />a. Clarification on the language related to current practice, state statute, and language <br />regarding employee lunches, Section 6.01 <br />b. Revision of language accidentally excluded from the final revised copy regarding <br />promotion probation time frame. Changing from 12 months to 3 months. Section 13.06 <br />3. Staff Recommendation.
