Your application was considered to be complete on October 111h resulting in an <br />initial 60 -day City review period expiration of December 10th. Due to the potential delay and the scheduling <br />conflict we discussed today, the City hereby notifies you that we are extending the time period for City <br />action under Minn. Stat. § 15.99, subd. 3(f).
