We would like to order them before June 22, 2018 due to an expiring <br />promotion with Motorola and Ancom. The savings as listed in the quotes is $9,483.75. The quotes from <br />Ancom and Motorola are attached to this Memo as is a spreadsheet showing the breakdown of the <br />pricing and items. The new portable radio pricing includes a lapel mic and vehicle chargers. Along with <br />new portable radios, we are purchasing 2 new station bank chargers, a new mobile radio for new engine, <br />2 headsets for the remaining engines, encryption for 7 existing radios and Officer Radio strap/carriers <br />due to the fact that none of our existing items are compatible with the new portable radios. We are not <br />ordering a new headset for the new engine due to the Long Lake Fire Relief Association donating an <br />intercom system with headsets for the new engine which costs roughly $8,000 with installation. <br />If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact me to discuss. <br />Thanks <br />�CUI%?
