Purpose. The purpose of this action item is to gain approval for the disposal of a forfeited vehicle. <br />2. Background. The Police Department has a forfeited vehicle that can be disposed. The vehicle was <br />seized and forfeited by the Orono Police Department from a driver that had multiple violations for <br />Driving While Intoxicated. The police department would recommend vehicle be sent to an auto auction. <br />3. Project Scope. Disposal of a forfeited vehicle. <br />2007 Infinity VIN#JNKAYD 1 F57M4503 87 <br />4. Staff Recommendation. I recommend that the disposal of a forfeited vehicle. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Motion to dispose of a forfeited vehicle.
