On the second page of this packet [which is page (3) of Resolution <br />6811], section 1. of the ANALYSIS it states: <br />"The configuration of the Property and the adjacent properties <br />functions like a peninsula. This criterion is met regarding the <br />addition." <br />Section 3.b of the ANALYSIS states: <br />"The Property is configured as a peninsula creating an average <br />lakeshore setback line which cuts through the Property." <br />On the third page of this packet [which is page (4) of Resolution <br />6811], sections 8. and g. of the ANALYSIS both state: <br />"... is oriented similarly to a peninsula." <br />The fourth page of this packet [which is page (6) of Resolution <br />6811], shows that Resolution 6811 was: <br />"ADOPTED by the Orono City Council on this 27th day of November <br />2017." <br />The Resolution was attested to/signed by Anna Carlson, City Clerk, <br />and Dennis Walsh, Mayor. <br />M:\2018 KQ\Anita\a-Sue\Mtka-Pence Project\Resolution coversheet.docx <br />
