The size of the cabinets on the ground needed to house the support equipment for <br />the antennas is limited to the minimum necessary size, as determined by the city <br />council. Appropriate vegetative screening of ground cabinets shall be provided by the <br />carrier, subject to approval by the city council. The council at its discretion may allow <br />the use of non -vegetative screening methods such as berming, fencing, etc. <br />11. "Stealth" -type antennas (cylindrical) vs. an array of panels, is required if the <br />technology is available. <br />12. Only monopole towers are allowed. <br />
