CITY OF ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. <br />4. The Road was built with the knowledge that the maintenance (repair, snow removal, etc.) <br />were the responsibility of the Owners. <br />5. In considering this Petition, the Council feels that the request did not justify deviation from <br />long standing policy regarding the conversion of roads. <br />6. The Council is concerned that deviation from policy would encourage more and more <br />conversions. <br />CONCLUSIONS, ORDER AND CONDITIONS: <br />Based upon one or more of the above findings, the Orono City Council hereby denies the <br />petition to convert the Road to a public road: <br />ADOPTED by the Orono City Council on this 29th day of May, 2018. <br />ATTEST: <br />CITY OF ORONO: <br />Anna Carlson, City Clerk Dennis Walsh, Mayor <br />2 <br />
