Purpose. Consider the l5t extension of the preliminary plat for Franzel Addition, a 3 lot single <br />family residential subdivision at 800 North Arm Road. <br />2. 15.99 Deadline. Not applicable <br />3. Background/ Summary. Resolution 6774 approved the Preliminary plat for Franzel Addition on <br />June 26, 2017. This approval expires on June 26, 2018. The property owner does not anticipate <br />completing a final plat application by then, and is requesting an extension. This is the first of three <br />permissible extensions. <br />4. Staff Recommendation.
