Purpose. This is an application for final plat approval including final master development plan <br />and rezoning to RPUD for a 70 -unit senior housing project. <br />2. Background. This project for a 70 -unit senior housing use went through a sketch plan review in <br />2016; and received preliminary approval in 2017. The Comp Plan amendment was approved by <br />the City in August 2017; the final approval of the amendment was granted by the Metropolitan <br />Council in October, 2017. <br />The planning commission held the public hearing for the project in April of 2018. The final <br />approval process requires three actions: final plat approval; final master development plan <br />approval; and rezoning from RR-1BPUD to RPUD. <br />3. Staff Recommendation. Staff recommends approval. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Council should consider a motion to adopt or amend the two resolutions approving the following: <br />a.
