EXHIBIT C <br />(Driveway Delineation) <br />A 52.00 foot wide area within Old Long Lake Road's right-of-way for the maintenance and <br />repair of two driveways which lie between Lot 4, Block 1, LANDINGS AT LONG LAKE, <br />according to the record plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota and the northwesterly <br />edge of Old Long Lake Road, the center line of said area is described as follows: <br />Commencing at the most southerly corner of said Lot 4; thence northeasterly 28.32 feet, <br />along a non-longential curve, concave to the east, having a radius of 83.00 feet, and a central <br />angle of 19 degrees 33 minutes 03 seconds, and a chord which bears North 33 degrees 59 <br />minutes 27 seconds East assumed bearing, to the point of beginning of the center line to be <br />described: thence South 77 degrees 58 minutes 16 seconds East a distance of 106 feet, more <br />or less, to the northwesterly edge of Old Long Lake Road and said center line there <br />terminating. <br />The sidelines of said area shall be prolonged or shortened to terminate on the southeast line <br />of said Lot 4, and the northeasterly edge of Old Long Lake Road. <br />AND <br />All easement areas legally described as follows: <br />
