Purpose. To consider a final plat of Franzel Addition. <br />2. Background. Jim Franzel received preliminary plat approval of a three lot subdivision on June 26, <br />2017. The preliminary plat included a private road terminating in a cul de sac off of North Arm. The <br />properties will be served by municipal sewer. <br />The final plat as proposed is two lots and no road. Both lots will access off of North Arm Drive. The <br />revised plat meets all requirements for lot size and frontage. The variance granted for lot width for one of <br />the original lots will expire. <br />The plat includes a renegotiated sewer access easement, reorienting the access to correspond to property <br />lines and the location of the existing improvement. <br />3. Staff Recommendation. Staff recommends approval of the subdivision as presented. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Motion to approve, by resolution, the final plat of the Franzel Addition. <br />Exhibits <br />Exhibit A.
