August 28, 2018 <br />RE: Orono Oaks culvert / road failure <br />Dear <br />E,<1A,6. 7 - <br />TY OF ORONO <br />It has been brought to City's attention that your roadway has fallen into a state of disrepair. Of <br />particular concern is the failure at the culvert crossing near the cul-de-sac. As of the writing of <br />this letter there was an open trench across approximately '/z of the traveled road surface. This <br />condition poses a risk to any travelers along the roadway. <br />As Orono Oaks Drive is a private road the responsibility for maintenance falls on the residents of <br />the road through your Home Owners Association. This is laid out in the Declaration of <br />Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for the Orono Oaks Association, Inc, dated November <br />30`x', 1978.
