Purpose. The purpose of this action item is to consider the 2019 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). <br />2. Background. The City updates its CIP annually. The draft CIP was presented to the Council at the <br />work session on November 26. The document is being presented for approval. Approval of the CIP does <br />not authorize any expenditures. It is a planning document only. <br />3. Staff Recommendation.
