Preliminary Budget - Expenditures <br />PROGRAM DESCRIPTION & OBJECTIVES: <br />The Administration Department includes the City Administrator who is responsible for meeting satatutory and legal obligations, <br />implementing policy established by the City Council and ensuring the successful management of all city operations.
