The purpose of this action item is to gain Council authorization for Pay Request No. 1 – <br />Final for the Willow Drive Trail Rehabilitation. <br /> <br />2. Background. On June 12th, 2017 the City awarded the Willow Drive Trail Rehabilitation to Omann <br />Brothers. Construction was completed in 2017 with site restoration completed in 2018. <br /> <br />3. Project Scope. This project rehabilitated the 3000 ft. of bituminous trail that runs along Willow Drive <br />North. Rehabilitation will include a combination of patching, replacing, and sealing the pavement. <br /> <br />4. Cost. Pay request 1 is for $57,355. This included payment of the retainage. Total payments to <br />Omann Brothers including Pay request 5 is $57,355. <br /> <br />5. Funding. The project is funded from the Park Fund <br /> <br />6. Staff Recommendation.
